He makes supporting his clients a priority and wants to help them get to the other side. He can teach you the skills you need to move forward healthier and more confidently.

Tom can connect with clients in a unique way. He is trained in couples therapy and works with clients in all stages of relationships, whether same-sex, opposite-sex, early or late stage. He can help to facilitate clearer communication and decrease the intensity and number of disagreements between you and your significant other. 

Tom is trained in Levels 1, 2, and 3 of Gottman Couples Therapy and uses those principles to guide his work with those in relationships at all stages. Navigating the complexities of modern relationships can be challenging and through training and experience with a diverse background of clients, Tom is adept at helping those with unique challenges overcome those obstacles.

Tom has experience working with individuals and couples aged 14-65 from diverse backgrounds. He is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, LGBT issues, and Motivational Interviewing. He specializes in working with gay and lesbian individuals and couples, identity development, codependency, interpersonal conflict resolution, addiction with or without chronic relapse, acute and chronic depression with suicidal ideation, and self-injury.
